Chief Marketing Officer Application

The HEAT Squad (Helping the Elderly Advance in Technology) is a student-led nonprofit dedicated to helping seniors stay connected, independent, and safe through technology support, digital literacy education, and scam prevention initiatives. We are seeking a creative, motivated, and passionate Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and expand our organization's reach and impact. The CMO will be responsible for developing engaging weekly social media content, highlighting organizational achievements, recognizing outstanding volunteers, and creating marketing campaigns to recruit new volunteers. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to develop marketing strategies, strengthen our online presence, and play a key role in growing an organization that has already helped over 850 seniors across three states.
